Power first. Logistics tight. Workloads follow.

We are a builder’s platform for power and infrastructure

NewStage turns constraints into capacity. We unlock deliverable power. We keep hardware flowing. We stand up the power and infrastructure that tomorrow runs on. We choose the few initiatives that matter and we stay until they run. Fewer initiatives. Deeper commitment. Less announcing. More building.

Most teams try to drag capacity toward compute. We flip the map. We start with what exists. Where power is allocated. What rights are enforceable. What can be delivered on believable dates.

Then we remove the failure modes that live in the physical world. Lead times. Staging. Handoffs. Hardware must arrive in the right order, at the right pad, at the right hour. This is data logistics and the choreography that keeps projects on track and critical paths moving.

Finally, we build in places that deserve the work. Sites where energy, water, terrain, and policy make sense. Build the power first. Then build on it. It is not glamorous. It works.

What we operate

Power Access

Power Access

The hidden grid, made usable. We surface what is real, structure rights and routes, and deliver monitored capacity. Compute goes to power.

Critical Logistics

Critical Logistics

Hardware that moves. Timelines that hold. BOM sanity. Staging and warehousing. Site aligned delivery. Commissioning that happens once.

Power Hub Generation

Power Hub Generation

Build the power, then the data. Pick ground with care. Engineer critical grade energy with credible uptime. Add digital facilities that inherit resilience.

Founder note

NewStage was founded by Hugh Carspecken, a builder with more than 28 years across data networking, fiber, wireless and cellular, and data centers. Early engineering at GTE and Verizon. Startups in Silicon Valley including ONI Systems, FiberTower, and Wave2Wave. Senior leadership at Fujitsu Network Communications. Founder of DartPoints in 2012, acquired in 2020, a pioneer in distributed edge data centers. Hugh’s role here is standards, not spotlight. Keep the bar high. Keep the scope focused. Ship the work.
